"The coat is absolutely beautiful and the colours are exactly as pictured. The fit is perfect and it looks and feels so elegant. Two issues - the coat is not winter warmth, at least for Melbourne. Its more for autumn or spring. While this is not necessarily a negative, I was absolutely expecting something warmer for the price point. The main issue is that the coat arrived absolutely drenched in perfume. A staff member explained that the coats are sprayed before being shipped out. Nowhere on the website is this explained (that I could see). Its disappointing as the perfume is so overpowering and triggers my migraines. The coat required dry cleaning and me hand washing it twice before the scent disappeared. I don't think a brand new item should be so much work before it can be worn."
