Lovely Coat. Could be better with some modifications.
"Great coat overall. Beautiful colour. Lovely silhouette. Lining is smooth and cool. Small details that I wished were taken into account during quality control/design process: the sleeves are frumpy - they feel too thin. the external fabric when folded at the neck is scratchy against my neck and chest. I need a scarf to protect my skin. the buttons for the removable fur are visible when the fur is removed (both at neck and sleeves). Even with steam pressing, it does not hide it sufficiently without me removing the buttons and resewing it."

Nice coat but disappointed
"Although I am absolutely obsessed with this brand I was very disappointed in the condition of my coat when receiving it as the coat hadn’t been sown properly with seams ripped where the back arm is. For a brand that I highly respect and spend a lot at I’m very disappointed. I also called the Kitten D’Amour shop and asked one of the employees if the brand could do anything to help and unfortunately they can’t which is so surprising that their is poor customer care for item at such a price."
