Disappointing Expensive Silk Pillowcase
"The pillowcase is very thin and quite see through. I was disappointed about that. Also, the zipper looked like it had been pulled when it was made. I thought it might be less obvious after a delicate wash. So I put it in a delicates bag and gave it a 3 minute delicate wash in my machine. When I contacted Kitten D’Amour the customer service lady told me that because I hadn’t followed washing instructions there was nothing they could do. Geez, my machine doesn’t even have that middle bit. It is just a tub. What do people do if they only have one arm or no arms? Yes, I am disabled. ( I have a chronic pain issue with my back. ) I washed it delicately. It was in a bag to protect it. I added some Softly delicates wash. 3 minutes and a rinse. Next time this happens to me I’ll return the item for a refund…. ."
